If you have a request for any information you may e-mail me directly. I do not think that this comment gets to everyone.
I am something of a health nut, I have been a runner for over 40 years and have been a certified running coach for about 15 years. I am fairly familiar with all phases of running and everything that is associated with running (eating, drinking, strength exercising, etc.).

I have just become aware of Apps (?). I would like more information on how to write one and how to get it out to the public. I would like to make up an APP for people to write a schedule for training for a half or full marathon. My schedule would be designed for each individual rather than a cook book type designed for a novice, intermediate or advanced. Write to me at coachhoward@gflrrc.org

Man has been running without shoes since the beginning of time. It probably is the most natural way to run, BUT (big BUT) unless you have been walking and running barefoot for most of your life there are reservations to the concept. If you are young, an athlete, in great shape, etc. it takes a very long slow process to get to where you can run without shoes. For most people shoes are definitely a hindrance, but they are what your body is accustomed to. If you are content running with shoes then by all means do not change. If you are young and strong and have time to learn an entire new technique, then you may benefit by learning this new way to run. Just remember to take it very slow.

I believe when you need a dictionary to read the first paragraph of a blog post, you really wouldn’t want to continue, especially when you’re in a rush.
